Payments & Booking Deposits

At Kildare Bouncy Castles, we make booking and payments simple and secure. To confirm and secure your booking, we require a small deposit.

• ✅ A minimum deposit of €30 is required for bookings over €50 (approx. 20% of booking value).

• ✅ The balance can be paid in cash on delivery or by another payment method below.

• ✅ Please note: Your booking is not confirmed until we receive your deposit.

How to Make a Payment

We accept a wide range of payment methods to make things as easy as possible:

1. Revolut / Card Payment / Bank Transfer

We accept all payments via Revolut. Don’t worry if you don’t have a Revolut account — you can still pay by Debit/Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Bank Transfer.

TO NOTE : Customers have to reach out to us to confirm the payments have been sent since Revolut payments are not automated!

When making a payment:

• Enter the amount you wish to pay.

• Add your booking details (product, date, time, and location) in the notes section.

• After payment, please confirm with us by text, WhatsApp, or email with the name used for payment.

2. PayPal / Debit or Credit Card

You can also pay securely online using PayPal. No PayPal account is required — you can check out with any debit or credit card.

Steps:

1. Enter your payment amount and booking details.

2. Choose your product or select “Other” if it’s not listed.

3. Click Buy Now and follow the instructions.

   • On mobile, PayPal may prompt you to open an account. If this happens, try completing payment on a laptop or desktop.

4. Please select from the following options, if you do not see your product please select "other" and Enter your desired amount you would like to pay, you can then Click the Buy Now Button below always enter as much details as you can in the available text box in relation to your booking - Product, Date, Time, Location and Mobile number

Important Notes

• All payments must be confirmed with us via text, WhatsApp, or email so we can link the payment to your booking.

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future booking.

• A €20 refundable deposit is required for ball pit hires (returned once balls are packed back into their storage bag).

• Unfortunately, we cannot take bookings for flat complexes.

• By making a payment, you agree to our Terms & Conditions of Hire.
